A Daughter

  A daughter is a piece of your heart
even when your miles apart
 A part of you that can shine through
even when your down and blue

 A daughter is with you through thick and thin
and shares the joy with every days win
 To cry with you when things go wrong
and helps to make you feel so strong

 A daughter holds your hand when ill
and even helps to pay the bill
 She's there with you through out the days
and makes you feel better in so many ways

 A daughter is there at the end
she tries so hard not to bend
 With tear filled eyes and heavy heart
She attempts to say We now must part
