All I have left of you are the days
The days we laughed and the days we played
The days go by slowly now that you’re gone
But the pain fades a little with each new dawn
I will remember the days we had together
It pains me to know you’re gone forever
We lost touch and I regret that
We could’ve talked and chat
These thoughts and memories come and attack
To remind me that you can’t come back
You said you were done
You grabbed the gun
You ended it all
My tears will not cease to fall
I miss youÂ
I wish I knew what you went through
But all I can do is go day by day
Until this sorrow goes away
I wrote this because my friend committed suicide. The pain is unbearable. I miss him. If you feel like dying, please contact someone and talk... the pain people feel after a loved one is gone is horrible. I don’t want anyone to go through that. Please reach out and get help. Also, if someone asks you for help with this kind of thing, please, offer to simply listen. That’s all someone may need.Â

I hope you will find peace, suicide is a terrible disease of the mind, something that we can't ignore.
A good friend of mine died a couple of years ago and I still find it hard to accept, he didn't kill himself, he was stabbed in a violent murder, I miss him so much but I recently visited a medium. The second I sat down with her he was there, talking to me, telling me all the wonderful things in heaven, he told me that he is happy now and at peace, I feel much better now.
Find your medium and seek your friend.
