THE DEAD END....
"I'll slam you to the ground..!!"
He says.
"Your useless and dead to me"
He begs...
As he rips the outside world
From my grip
He is gone...
I'm left here.
With no phone....internet...
So here I sit...
As tears stream down my face
Smudging my words
Leaving nothing to trace
Alas seven years
Of this now broken trust
Has conjured past memories
Of a hunting mans lust
Thus I have no more chances
To give you again
As these words here cut deep...
"YOUR WORTHLESS.....WITH NO FRIENDS!!!"
And your sorrys tomorrow
Always lead to dead ends!!
So I'll try to change course
And don't try to pretend...
That this was all my fault
Only your self....you defend!!....
I won't have more food
Thrown back in my face
When I've cooked you a meal
Only your heart to heal...
But I need to mend
My daughters and mine
As we try to move on
Show her everything's fine
But that's right
You don't care
As long as you've got your wine!!

That is a heartbreaking read....but it is all too common as marriage and partnerships become one more disposable commodity.
He lied to you....your shining worth is what angered him...and the only way he had to prove his superiority was to push you down and heap insults upon you to make you feel worthless. Ā You do have friends....and this friend is wishing you and your daughter all the strength and love in the world. Ā Stand tall Carey....your intelligence shines through.
