Destroying The Ending

Lets just breath,
take a second,
take a step back,
look at the world around us,
collapse into reality,
lets take a second,
to appreciate,
the look in their eyes,
that sparkle,
that special shine,
that shows so much pain,
so much loss in their lives,
that the sparkle,
of crying,
never disappears from them.
I've seen a thousand faces,
staring deeply,
harshly,
like they know,
they see,
these secrets,
deep and dark,
hidden with in,
they seem to see,
what I try to hide,
to keep sacred from them,
in an attempt to protect myself,
I keep them hidden.
Though it seems,
to make my world better,
to make it easier,
to just slip away,
and blame the world,
I know it does no good,
it heals no harm,
it hurts,
all of us,
over and over again,
to place blame,
in anyone,
begins to destroy our ending,
so we have none.
