Determined

Determined

Most believe
that if a fridge
falls off a mini van
you must swerve
to get out of the way

This poet however believes
it's the fridge's job
to swerve out of
mine

Determined
I will run
you over

The starsĀ
the skies
are my headlights
that pave
insight toĀ
my direction

Literary Masterpieces
Cold cases
turned hot

A Sherlock Holmes
to poetic
reflection

Cross thatĀ
cobble stone

walkway
together

we will
take
the night!
