life is like the sea
water surrounding me
drowning from gulps
breathless as I struggle
floating along lifeless
dislusional days a muddle
just when lands a'hoy 
When the light is insight
just as I climb aboard 
or scramble to the shore
i trip back in
flip double summer salts 
fall back in 
fall out the safety vault 
I'm drowning again
being sucked down 
snakey friends
no help befound
pretend to pick me up
pretend their not as bad

hiting the sea bed 
so deep and dark beneath
hitting the rocks and layers
breaking through each
plumetting down
g force speeds
nose diving head first
worse than a bad dream
heart thumping fast
pounding so hard
 shattering ribs crackin
emotions cold and slackin 
bitchy snap switched back
mentally coded pure black
misty red foggy clouds
as the anger hits back
