Divine captivity

Divine captivity

Why must my invaluable words echo through empty halls?
Even though I can hear familiar voices beyond the walls
They don't understand I'm lost and alone here in this maze
I've been here so long I've lost track of the days
What is this place , this cell that confines me
No Guards , no doors , not even a key
But I can hear haunting voices that laugh at me
I drop to my knees and ask God to free me
Like all times before my words bounce back
I think I've lost my damn mind
I'm sure I have cracked
It eludes me how I got here or why I can't leave
I'm forced to believe
God has forsaken me
But god if your real! And aware of my captivity
Listen to me now! , if I ever get freedĀ
I'm finding a priest
And making him bleed...
