Poem -

Divorce

Divorce

D is for Divorce,
The end of wedded bliss,
But unlike a wedding ceremony,
This will not start with a kiss.

I is for Involuntary,
You thought everything was sweet,
You have gone to all the councillors,
Now you have to admit defeat.

V is for Verbal,
Once divorce has now been said,
Your mind races to what is yours,
Stress starts to fill your head.

O is for Organise,
Where are you going to stay,
Do you have enough for a house?
Looks like rent is what you'll pay.

R is for Ready,
For the emotional process,
To plan the day you'll have the kids,
Watch their face turn to distress.

C is for Client,
A lawyer you will gain,
And they will put a dollar value,
To all your suffering pain.

E is for End,
Enough now of all the talk,
It's time to grab your things and leave,
It's time for you to walk.

The hardest thing in the world to do is break your own heart after someone breaks it first.

Hope all is well
