Dog - Gone.!?...

Tossing & turning, alone in my bed

Long, lonely night,s, are the thing that i dread

No-one to cuddle up to ?

Except for my dog !

Whose, taking up most of it !

& is sleeping like a log

It,s not the kind of company

To, which i was after

Would rather, have flesh & bone

Not his furry coat, he own.s

He might enjoy sleeping with me ?

But ! i,d rather have, some male company

Arm,s to surround me !

Not ! paw,s in the air

It,s me , that is bothered

He, doesn,t seem to care

He keep,s me so warm

& " I love him " to bit,s

But, it,s not his fault

That he,s not human

Can,t kiss me , or play with my tit,s

He doesn,t whisper

Sweet nothing,s in my ear

Don,t wanna sleep , alone i fear !

So, until that day come,s !

When, i,ll share my bed

On the other pillow

Is where he lay,s his head

It,s not quite , the same

As, i,m sure you,ll understand ?

But, would swap the dog, in an instant

For , a tall & handsome MAN X
