Dominance

Searching out victims, 
For all to feel sorry,
The selfish soul lies centred & cold,
A life lived in shelter, 
the lover must tow,
Selfish be privilege, 
Consequence be foe,
The shepherd acquired,
Freedom entitled, 
Questioning firmness decisions mistrust,
Director directed, lead they must.
Centred & steadfast, 
remaining unquestioned,
The lover must follow,
The leader conducts,
Improvisation has no toleration,
Follow the leader, 
The leader must tow
A contract of love, 
Written in pencil,
The lover's place penned & stencilled,
The need for love, 
Soon expired,
dominance awoken
To a scene repeating,
Lived in shelter,
To all you show,
The lover must follow, 
The life you know,
No need for a soul,
A cold coalition, 
The lover a ghost,
To provide the connection,
Dare to question, 
a foolish notion,
To cast adrift, 
all who question,
The selfish soul lies centred & cold.
