Poem -

Don't worry for me

Come sit here with me
Beneath the shade of this tree
Don't worry about him
Behind the leaves
He's always hereΒ
He never goes
He releases tears
To deal with woes
Don't you be scaredΒ
Of this tortured soul
The man you fearΒ
Just grew oldΒ
And tired to
Of loss and griefΒ
RidiculeΒ
And much deceitΒ
A hardened man
Wrought his beingΒ
Saddened from what he's seenΒ
The life he lived is the life of mine
Tickled by the demons vines
He lets it loose and the rope goes tight
He's hanging on, to his decline
