DOUBTING THOMAS

I doubt if I'll ever be the same again,
after all the problems you gave me .... the angst, the pain,
but we carry on, hoping that something better will come along,
I might be worrying about nothing, I might be wrong.

I doubt that you'll ever know what's in my mind,
but you're so carefree, not the worrying kind,
I wish that I could be like you,
with you're irritating ability to kick out something blue.

I doubt my prowess to successfully come again,
because of ridicule, brickbats and disdain,
there was the time when you had a multi orgasm,
now I'm lucky if I can raise a spasm.

I doubt that you'll be there when I return,
after telling me that I have much to learn.
