Droplet

Droplet

As I fall

to

the

ground

I wonder what I am

A water drop of rain

falling

from

the

sky

A drop of morning dew

slipping

from

a

rose petal

A splash of ocean mist

flying

from

a

wave

An accident

spilled

from

a

now

empty glass

A tear

falling

from

an

eye

filled

with sorrow

As I hit the ground

It doesn’t matter

For I

Am just

A

Droplet
