Disclaimer : I’ve never used heroin or prescription pills , I have met some people addicted to both over the years and most of them resort to it after a very traumatic incident . I’m using the comparisons to really highlight just how bad heartbreak can be and create a little awareness for those that have suffered at the hands of harder drugs from a loss of a loved one or a heartbreak .Â
loved hearing that in the audio. Regarding the audio, it made me think of a famous actress called Audrey Hepburn. She had an
amazing and all together difficult life growing up. When she was battling to make her life better, she got a cat and called it Tomorrow. Every time she had a bad day she picked up her cat, hugged it and said “it will be alright tomorrow”  your living for someday just took me straight back to that. Very empowering piece and now for the written post. Equally clever. Love can burn us and leave a huge scar. I liked how you used such strong addictive substances as a comparison to love and the pain it can leave us inÂ
All round a clever post indeed xÂ
Thank you for stellar feedback and I loved the story about the cat named tomorrow . Thank you for not only reading my writes but also enjoying my recordings :)Â
So very welcome. I love hearing your audios. Always amazes me how you can do such fine freestyle :) very clever x
If only I had your art skills ;)Â
I’m so glad your sharing your art , it’s so stunning and it’s nice to see that side of you .Â
Awe SW thank you so much for your wonderful words they are so encouraging. I never shared my art before so I am gradually getting a bit more confident. Thanks for always being so generous with your feedback and kindness ❤️
Rob I think you are a compassionate soul. None of us know what is in front of us or how we will react. Personally I think all addiction is either undiagnosed mental health, depression or trauma. It is easy to be smug untill the worst happens or has already happened. Life can be unbearable sometimes and then there is a great need to escape it any way we can. Great write x
Yes I agree , it’s all a direct reflection of desire to escape and not face the culprit . I’m glad you shared that .Â
