Dying Inside

So empty inside. 
It almost suffocates me,
the hole inside of me.
It's where my heart used to be. 
Left me to only feel pain
it consumes me.
It's killing me.
But not fast enough for me.
To be given the the gifts I had received,
feelings of peace, joy and love
the way they were meant to be...
Then to have it all ripped away, 
faster than they came to be...
Leaves me in a hell
I never imagined there to be.
Let it kill me, quickly...
And save me.....from me.
