The fury of vengeance clouds men's sight,
Tears flow as they mourn their lost plight,
Echoes of anguish fill the air,
Curses upon themselves in despair.

Dreams of safety and hope take flight,
Yearning for riches in opulent light,
Yet greed's appetite knows no end,
Find contentment, for it is a friend.

In the face of hardship, we find grace,
Together in struggle, we find our place,
Like lovebirds greeting the dawn,
In our shelter, a refuge drawn.

In life's trials, faith gives wings,
