THE EDGE OF YESTER-YEAR !?X
SITTING ON THE EDGE OF YESTER-YEAR!
WATCHING THE SNOW FLAKES, AS THEY RE-APPEAR
AS INTRICATE DOYLIES OF ICE APPEAR
& WATER LIKE Ā DROPLETS, FROM HAPPY TEARS
ALL TOTALLY FROZEN IN TIMEĀ
THE SUNLIGHT MAKES THEM LOOK DIVINEĀ
SUSPENDED ALL AROUND MEĀ
THE MAGICAL ENCHANTING SCENERY
A PICTURE POST CARD, OH SO FINEĀ
THAT I SIT UP HERE, ALL THE TIMEĀ
STEALING THE VIEW, BUT COMMITTING NO CRIMEĀ
THE VISIONS ALONE, SENDS CHILLS DOWN MY SPINE
AS I SAVOUR EVERY SECOND
& SOAK UP...THIS MOMENT INĀ TIME
