To my ex bestfriend.
My once ride or die.
Thought I'd had to the end.
You lied your way through life again and again.
Your toxicity overwhelmed me.
Your words hurt me.
Your told me you'd never betray me.
Your twisted worlds left me broken.
Like a ship wreck in the middle of the ocean.

Sometimes it's all for a reason, others, people are just on separate paths. It takes a special kind of person to accept, move on and thrive... I am not one of those people either... Full respect here. Courageous poem.
