Fading

Sometimes people walk into  the distance & they seem to slowly fade away. I watched as you left , taking all of me with you. You're last words being "I love you , please hold on for me." I've tried . For a year and six months I've tried . Every night I think of you , every night I've cried. I dream of you. You are my dream entirely. What else could I ever ask for ?
