Faith

It's a dog eat dog world, but does it really have to be that way
God tells us to be selfless, but on the weak we still prey 
How do we end this cycle, how do we make it stop
We forgive but never forget because we've all been in that spot,
We've been mislead, yes, taken advantage of and hurt, of course
But that gives us the ok to become the source,
I've burnt my bridges, i'm trying to make amends
I've been honest with myself and with friends,
They use there past experiences and it's hard to believe,
Someone like him make a change, please
It's going to be a hard task to become who I want to become,
With my faith in God, I'm sure his will, will be done
