Father

Time

Father

     I’ve concluded that Mother Nature
Is life’s best teacher
and a Mother she is
I watch her insects and bugs
live in harmony until one gets hungry
and then that’s the end of it
I’ve concluded that the wind and the cold
don’t give a damn if I’m getting old
and That’s a given

I’ve concluded Mother Nature and Father Time
Have a Daddy that’s yours and mine
Our Father Who Art in Heaven
