A message for those who's fearing
Take control of your minds sensing
When fear enters your mind start thinking
Against theirs thinking quickly riding
Terrorising thoughts are inventing
Keep cool by watching
Horror signs gripping internal troubling
Worrying not helping by crying
Show no tears try gauging
For tears showing a weakening
Inside feelings controlling
Fearing a teasing to scaring
Tormented thoughts their scarring
Senses firing those questioning
Emotions running high denying
Fearing for any reasoning
Thinking keep showing stop sinking
To downbeating fast your fearing
Hearts faster and faster beating
Strike head on dread appearing
Fears ugly head from showing

Rise back wise talking
Fearing also effecting by victimising
Voicing aloud any fearing lingering
Of fear stays not leaving
By effecting never deflected endings
Prevent horror thoughts arising
Thumping hearts heavy breathing
Working sensitive weakness their winning
No postives gained by fearing
Your negative side is playing
Look them in the eyes your testing
Try calming helps deep breathing easing
Face your demons head strong forwarding
Listen straight thinking to winning
Battle hard this fearing
Stand up and fight squaring
If needing
What is fear I'm hearing
You can do it your brave self
Hearing talking

A will to win and push out your fearing
And knock out this fear your heads thinking
Be clever be smart you'll never be
