Find yourself

Losing yourself is the easy bit, too focused on what they think
Busy reading all negative things. you are helping the cycle,  the link
Finding yourself again is the tough part because you have to rebuild her mind
You have to slowly let her spirit glow and to dust off all the unkind 

Letting her be, will break her free from all the hatred she felt 
The mean got in, but with a flicker of light, away the hurt would melt
There opinions of her is none of her business and doesn’t actually matter 
She is hear, with a heart free. and true friends to flatter 
With compliments and  sharing the love will have a better impact on life 
Instead of bullies and trolls, the world has enough of anguish and strife 
So she stood head high, gave herself credit for starting again strong 
It’s easily done the negative bring you down, get up where you belong
