Dancing Through Time
The firefly lights the way
Leading through the dark
Creating that beautiful spark

Electric power cannot compare
To this wonderful flair 
Kaleidoscopic creatures
With this one blinding feature 

Red, orange and yellow flash shows of light
Enchanting the once dull forest
Till the sun arrises again
Then the aura disperses

You see, day brings with it the power of the sun
But even at night the battle can be won
Fireflies unite as one
And brave the darkness

They refuse the dark
But, instead of fighting it
They find a way to make it suit them
...They make their own light
