What a funny future we live in,
Where likes and followers rule,
Where people follow and unfollow each other,
Looking like a fool.
But surely we should show some respect,
For how others think and do,
For all the quotes and messages,
For poems and pictures too.
For how shallow you are the gluttonous fiend,
Who manipulates their numbers untrue,
For you live a life lying to yourself,
Trying to increase your people revenue.Β
Has your ego been rubbed enough?
Your complete profile is a lie,
For why would you want these followers,
Surely by manipulation they disqualify.
But I guess itβs just a measure,
Of what kind of human you are,
Whether your a true player,
Or lead a fake follower seminar.

They're everywhere and some are extremely creepy too...
Some I've met in person and I sometimes, ask if they were fake before or fake now...
Sometimes, we can't get the truth from the News either...
It's a lot more difficult to remember the lies, than to know the truth...
People try to show different but, deep down we know what they are...
I would much rather be on a boat that's secure than on one that's sinking...
