Fondly Failing

Fondly Failing

Failing,
But for grace falling.
Linked by exquisite miracle.
Torn apart by a lie.
I gaze inward and feel lost.

As the delicacy it is.
I preserve it.
Wanting not to squander it.
Nor be lavish with my inanity.
I accomplish the forgotten goal.
In good measure.
I am still failingĀ
but now,
It is fondly..
I am fondly failing.
