The worse feeling in the world..... making a mother cry, I feel this is capturing a mother's loss or maybe disappointment from something not going the way it should through her eyes for one of her flowers ( babies )
very thoughy provoking as it leads the conclusion open to as why she's crying up to the readers interpretation. I enjoy your short writes as they always have a strong tone of emotion. ~Rob
Rob your words are very insightful as always. I am forever grateful to get to read your interpretation of my work. Thanks for these today my friend. Means a lot to find you left your thoughts

A Truly profound piece of poetically delivered misery....where a mother's loss is set into the ground itself and destroys anything that dares to grow near the grave of a child so utterly and powerfully missed!!.....Or at least that is one interpretation as this is left somewhat open to the readers own reflection!!......STUNNINGLY powerful and made more so by the succinctness of the delivery!!.......ALL STARS & PINNED!!.......you are amazing Miss GWEN!!......LOVE & ROCKETS!!......I beg your pardon if I have misinterpreted somewhat my friend!........T xo : (
Tony, I always look forward to your insightful and ever in-depth feedback on my scribbles. Never ever worry about offending me my friend. I love how poetry can potentially speak differently to the reader. It makes it even more powerful and interesting. So I am ever grateful for your mind opening up and spilling what it truly can see or feel from a piece. You have not disappointed me at all my good friend. Thank you for being you 🙃

Oh Gwen so perfect!!!
Regardless of melancholy theme, for your poetry so generously offered here reaches out and dazzles.
Short yes, sweet no, just bloody good poetry in so few words that captivates a reader.
I think this is one of your best (among so many) for when something is presented in the minimum amount of prose and still holds up in what it has to say and offer is the stuff of Merlin.
Magical throughout so neatly and lovingly poetically dovetailed together.
Thank you for sharing your poetry touch of class and your gift for poetry writing also .
Wishing you well my friend and Merry Christmas to you and all your loved ones around you. x.

👏 👏 👏 👏 Brilliant. This is is a well written and exceptionally strong piece. It can be interpretated in many ways. For me it speaks of a moment where despair grabs you and in the vacuum of sadness and of being overwhelmed with life the tears jyst flow. Love this piece 📌 x
Wow thank you Tina 🙏 a vacuum of sadness is a great description for this piece. I love your insights. Thanks so very much for stopping by and sharing your thoughts and for the pin xx

What a poignant piece. The spirits still haven't found a word to define the pain of a mother's heart when she loses a child.

My dear Gwen,
Somehow you manage to get such poignant points of prose across in so few words. It is a true art to portray so much, with so little.
All my love,
