FORGOTTEN IN SOMEONE ELSES SUICIDE
High on those eyes
you kept blinded in surprise
painted in witness
nailed with iron and scented trap
soft jungle skin
falling as a season across my open chest
tender lips rolled in blood and cherry stained hips
each trailing lingering finger of bone
Smothering headless heated groan
dedicated to yesterdays
headstone
washed ashore,
laid in spiral
end to beginnings descend
Deaths brave alluring look
alone in crystal and pinkish rose
sleeping in steel leather
and the plastic deceasedĀ
wears a day
grown in forgotten reason
yet treason slipped
unleashed a letter unsent
cold ash
the metal heart
alone
sealed into embrace
after embrace
