Fractured
Fractured Soul
Holographic whole
Mind in pieces
Heart torn apart.
Cracked and crazed
On the merrygoround of life
Insecurities rife
Memories hacked.
FRACTURED
Grasping at illusory realities
Casualty of a broken childhood.
Mind hacked
Security lacked
FRACTURED
Used and abused
Broken relationships
Abandoned mother
Threatened with death
FRACTURED
The game has run its course
The reel starts to replay.
I have nowhere to run
I'm hiding from the sun
FRACTURED
And now the day is done
My mind is overrun
The Darkness has me in its grip
I feel my motivation start to slip
FRACTURED

Excellent use of consonance, primarily of "c", and occasional rhyme in a mono-rhymed, free verse format, Ru T.
We ALL make mistakes because, let's face it, we're only human after all. Well, most of us are anyway.
There are a few I have my doubts about.
The thing we gotta do is learn from the mistakes and failures we experience in life. If we don't, or can't, then we will be doomed to repeat them...a lot like history.
