Poem -

FRAGILE

By Anne Reeves

FRAGILE

Don't touch it will break,
the fragile heart cries when hurt,
the spirit shivers when a voice is raised,
calm, fragility should be our saviour,
spirits raised with a gentle touch,
caress the tender fragile baby,
the soul cries when disturbed,
handle, handle with care,
the mind can be broken;
we fragile beings look up to the sky,
waiting for 'light' to descend,
hoping for strength to transcend;
heart, spirit, soul and mind,
will they cry or smile.
