NIRVANA

NIRVANA

You were there, combing your long dark hair,
where is it said that anything can just be fair;
white coral sand nestled nicely between our toes,
it was true that if mindset was right anythinng goes.

You were there, to pick me up when falling down,
I knew that I wasn't the best person in the town;
However, how good are you - no foibles to say -
that you were unmarked no matter what the day.

You were there, chiding me from above with your love,
perhaps to find a safe place, I should send out a dove;
then that coral sand would probably feel more genuine,
remember that, before you start your life and begin.

You were there, smiling that smile with lustrous hair,
we don't all have that golden time to stand and stare.
