Poem -

Friend

Once in a yesterday I thought you might be a friend of mine. It's been a long time since we have crossed paths. To many cross feelings perhaps, or just found someone who belongs there cause I never did. Replaced perhaps, meant for someone else more likely. Are you here to cause trouble now, forgotten I was loyal. Friends are not in my vocabulary don't seam to understand me. Solitary never bothered me, except in  reflection. I am aware family loyalty is much more than I ever impacted. Still hear tid bits about you from others who you kept and I also have talked to. I accept you call me names, none of them nice. I expect you to be happy I'm not around. Stale mate. Unjust anger I never wanted anything but the love of a mate and didn't blab any of the secrets you told me and won't even if you dislike me. No friends today and that's okay, socially indebt am I.

I love how this started, it set the poem up perfectly. Such pain in these words x
