FROZEN FEELINGS

My feelings, stopped feeling
My tears won't leave my eyes
My throat screams in agony
When I try to release my cries
I learned, too well;
To keep my feelings locked inside
They formed a lump inside my throat
Until it feels like something died
When I hear something very sad
My emotions just seize
I can't seem to respond
My feelings just freeze
When you can't express emotions
And you don't know how to feel
You wonder if your hearts still beating
You wonder, if you're real
