Galactic Familial Fallout

Galaxus (Fortescue) Major opined
Vid a vid through mauve millenia
A swirl of splattered moments cast
As grains of drug refined
To shine
And laze as scattered torments
Spinning cirrus,
All metaphorically mannered
To Galaxus (Ponsonby) Minor
Who lay awake
Deeply dark and brooding
Asulk and shut from shimmers
Alone and left bereft and silent
Untainted by his Major's Opus
Chance and change
Unknown uncaring.

*
Galaxus (Fortescue) Major beetled
The brows of his space
And sent massed energies flaring
A nova or so and a plume of plasma
Coronal catastrophe
And such for attention
But Galaxus (Ponsonby) Minor
Remained unmoved
Irresistible force
A constant paradox
As a junior God.
