Pura means pure, like the freshly driven snow, she's one of a kind

Bright, caring, sharing, attractive, creative, an imaginative mind

Seeing beauty in all things that exist, she creates a vision of meaning

Never giving up hope for tomorrow, every day to her a new beginning

At ninety-three still full of empathy, believing in others, helping them in her giving

A true friend to all ages, I inspire her, now she is inspiring me

Together we paint, we write, we live, taking it all in, free and easy

All that she loves becomes a part of her, "Pura" within

My dearest friend, so young at heart, whom I admire

She currently attends a community college where her talents continue to grow

Her most generous thoughts and emotions show because Pura is genuinely
