God The Creator

God created the Universe which included Heaven and Hell,

and in his likeness he created Man, and gave him the Earth to dwell.

All God asked from his creation, that they prosper and live in peace,

And to worship him with a prayer, before they went to sleep.

This simple task was too much for Man, who had come to learn of greed,

and soon forgot about the God, who had given him all he would need.

But God was forgiving and sent a prophet, Jesus was his name,

to lead the corrupted back to God, and for them he would take the blame.

But Man had grown accustomed to living a life without a God,

and before Jesus had the chance, Man nailed him to a cross.

As you can imagine God was outraged and turned his back on Man,

If this was the way Man wanted to play, then God could play the same.

Many years passed as we all know them, and man grew more corrupt,

Yet still God turned his back on man, no more would he interrupt.

Let Man make his own mistakes, God would interfere no more,

for the day will arrive when Man will decide, for their God they would implore.

Now Man had abused all he was given, and the Earth could yield no more,

Man had taken all he could, and still Man chose to ignore.

Then finally when there was nothing left and mankind faced the abyss,

Man fell to his knees and begged to God, and asked him to forgive.

Always forgiving this mighty Being, God decided one more chance.

to save Mankind from destroying themselves,

he would turn once more and glance.
