GOING TO A GREEN PARTY (OR NOT)

I don't really want to go it's not my scene 
Someone hosting a party and the subject is green
Dressed up as a tree is not my idea of fun 
Carrying a bunch of celery when the party has begun

I'm sure the frog costume will also be on show 
That's also green in case you didn't already know 
People will be sipping Green tea that's for sure 
Dancing to songs like the Green door 

So I won't attend this party of Green my dear
I will stay at home watching football with a beer
