Grandma's Health

Grandma’s health took a turn for the worst
Whatever truly happened couldn’t be reversed
She held on as long as she could
But her motors were shutting down underneath her hood
Everyone told her it was okay to let go
But she tried so hard to stay, that much we already know
My only regret is that i couldn’t see her on her final days
I can feel my heart broken, I don’t need x-rays
She was my world, my rock
It’s so lonely without her here, all I can do is stare at the clock
Grandma’s health was once awesome
But then she got older, and her health became gruesome
I’ll remember her in better moments
Because that’s how she would want it to be.
