Greatest Accomplishment OF All

Greatest Accomplishment OF All

Greatest Accomplishment Of All

[Part 1]

My first great accomplishment was opening my eyes

Unconditional love hit me in the face

Like a game of peek-a-boo

Or some blind surprise

Moving forward to my greatest accomplishment

I must turn to another

My second great accomplishment was learning to speak

Only then did I get to call an Angel my mother

My greatest accomplishment of all does not lie with numbers one or two

My greatest accomplishment of all was being the son of you

Quite the ironic disposition

After all you was always the sun to me

You shined on me with ultra-violet rays of love

As if it were your destiny

I will always be your baby

You for all the days my best friend

Now my guardian Angel time and time again

I will love and cherish my every waking memory of you till my days end

[Part 2]

You are always on my mind this time of year

Blue eyes crying in the rain always brings the tears

But like a Phoenix rising from the grave

You can still make me smile ear to ear

I will not lie though

I can still feel the pain from not being able to hold you

Sometimes like a freight train

And always cold when the wind blows through

Should the next day start without me

There will be a smile on my face

Because your arms are made of tenderness

And there is no warmth like your embrace

Till we meet again doll face in that Angelic place

I am counting the days and pushing the limits of time and space

The greatest accomplishment of all belongs to you

The greatest mother that ever lived shattering all other records in two

Forever and ever I will remember you

Written by your baby
