Grief!

Grief is a strange thing

Your never on the same page

Whilst one of you is crying

The other is feeling rage

This person, that,s been taken from you

You, dont know what to do?

you cannot j,, just leave them there

Or take them home,neither too

When the life less person

Right in front of you

Has no life at all

A piece within yourself,

Also dies too

Your heart & mind are racing

With pain & love & sorrow

You cannot believe, in your head

That, you wont see them tomorrow

Everything you,ve shared together

Stop,s right  in an instant

You long for them to open their eyes

For them to , be resistant

To breathe air into their lungs

Not,, be just a memory

But, Not be dead, just resting

When, it really hits you

That, their never coming back

The awful thing. that grief is

Like carrying a heavy sack

Time, it does ease the load

Buts.  its a very rocky road x
