Grounded

A home has a foundation
keeping it grounded
A teenager has parents
keeping them grounded
Both extra necessary
when weathering storms
and adult encounters
many storms a lifetime
No concrete
keeping them grounded
No parents
keeping them grounded
Mental Health
is extra necessary
When weathering storms
to stay healthy
Always be strong
and keep YOURSELF GROUNDED
