Halloween

Halloween

Spare a thought for scary things,
This upcoming Halloween,
With sharp teeth and warts for starters,
And everything else in between.

The monsters come out of hiding,
And appear around half past ten,
They feed off all of your screaming,
And sometimes little children.

Do you get the heebie jeebies,
When you are running late at night,
Shadows playing tricks with your head,
To give you an awful fright.

If you were a monster and slept all year,
I am sure you would be grumpy too,
As they hide around the dark corner,
Just waiting to frighten you!
