"He Will Save You"

"Sobriety makes,
for a better me.
It's how I live,
happy and free,
and praise The God,
who is eternally,
guiding,
and watching over me.

Sure there are rough days,
but not near as bad,
as the best using days,
I've ever had.

Look deep within yourself,
remember you as a kid,
who had never opened,
that bottle's lid.
Well you can have that back,
and that is a fact,
if you want it bad enough,
then it's time to act!
It can be yours,
so now's the time,
to take it back!

It won't be easy,
nothing worth truly doing,
ever is,
but let us start this right now,
follow my words,
to find out how.

Forgive yourself,
for all you have done,
and ask for forgiveness,
from The Only One,
who can give it,
and that One is God.
Accept your mistakes,
because from them you learn,
to start having the new life,
that has to be earned.
So surrender now,
to God's every whim,
and He will,
pull you up from the depths,
of addiction's watery grave.
Because you are worth saving,
and He's who can save,
you."
