& so, is my mind

So badly timed !

Facing the 2 together

Like, freaky stormy weather

Storm is brewing in my mind !

Breaking heart

So true & defined

MIND, mental health charity

Respect support & clarity

Can,t stop my mind racing

Can,t stop this pacing

Can,t make no sense

Of, life,s bloody nonsense

My heart, is pulsating

My mind keep,s on racing

One trigger,s the other

Be it, your mother

Or, be it your lover

Or who ever , it happen,s 

To be at the time

Please , .. help me fix
