HEAVEN SENT . . . .

We were young again, how beautiful you were,
walking across the room, my eternal, my avatar;
It's been said that my soul will not recognize you,
I can see, how could I not remember turquoise blue?

All the old mistakes were still there, reminders,
but we were resilient, that's where you'd find us,
untouchable, as though time had always stood still,
waiting forever, there was nothing diverse, until . . . .

God strolled amongst us, giving nods of approval,
I should have tagged you with 'failsafe,' after all,
look how you repaid me, when I gave you everything,
however, turquoise blue and 'him' really made me sing.

I like to look at them, they're part of my creation,
what do you do, excel at, to gain my adoration.

Hello Terry...

WOW!

There's so much awesomeness here and sadness too...

A  soul that cannot recognize that's so sad to me...

How does one gain your adoration?

Great write!

Thank you for sharing...

Hugs...
