HOLE IN MY FRO!

Out on the town tonight I decided to go
Get dressed and step out on the row
Make an entrance into my favorite bistro
But first, I gotta beautify and coif my fro!

So I collected my oils and jells ya’ know
Hot curlers, combs and dryers that blow
Gonna make sure I look fine for my beau
I think my red silk dress is most apropos

In a luxurious hot bath I dip my toe
Ahhh…perfumed water and candle glow
Get my “vogue” on and seduce him slow
But first, I’m gonna straighten out my fro

Thinking ‘bout his eyes and kiss of hello
Oh, he’s so fine, strong and very mello
Hot comb ready; these curls will flow
Down my back, shiny black and just so

Part my hair, spray, bend my head low
See me smile in the mirror, I’m a pro
But the comb’s too hot! Damn, oh no
I’ve gone and burned a hole in my fro!
