Holiday Blues

Monday mornings are bad enough
But this one's hard to take
It's the first day back at work
After having a weeks break

Getting up was easy
My body clocks not changed
It's getting back into the routine
That has left me pained

And my colleagues cheerily asking
'Are you happy to be back'
I really want to punch them
But I would get the sack
