Beach blunder

Today we went to the seaside
Just for the day
We packed ourselves a picnic
To eat by the bay

Cocktail sausages, sausage rolls
Sandwiches and lots of drink
The usual picnic items
That you would normally think

Ice packs to keep the food cold
For as long as we were able
But instead of putting it in the car
It was left on the kitchen table
