Nice one J...I love Haiku...It's one of the most challenging to write...hmmmm... trying to discern this one...It's kind of cloudy

Thank you, Rose.

You're right; this one is particularly obscure...esoteric, even.
One of the central tenets of Nietzsche's philosophy was the rise of, what he called, the ubermensch...the superman; though a more accurate translation would be over-man: an idea first broached in some early Greek philosophy, which they deemed, hyperanthroposΒ ... so the second line is an obscurantist play on the terms over-man and hyperanthropos: to whit, hyper-anthrop-ology...the study of the doctrine of the superman.
Also, Nietzsche was given to taking long, arduous walks in the mountains and the hero of his most famous book, Zarathustra, came down from his mountain hideaway to impart his knowledge to the world.
I hope this clears some of the cloud for you. If not, I promise that this is the last of my Homonym/Hominem series. Though I have grown particularly fond of the haiku as a form. And you're right: it is one of the most challenging to write, but very satisfying when you crack it...as you know yourself.

My Dear Friend Jason,

A homonym "Heminem Haiku" response.

He looks down and smiles

Mankind follows his doctrines

He lives forever

Peace and Love,
