~~in a round-about way how can i say it
 no way to beat around the bush
 gotta come out and say it.

 cant be a perfect melody or charming memory
 cant be everything to everyone,
 i can only be me, i can only be.

 i am a father and a son, a brother of one
 i am a nephew and an uncle and
 a husband to one. i am only me.

 just come out and say it,
 even if i prey it, the words are
 stuck in my mouth, holding me.

 i am only me, i will never say.
 i dont have to, because i am just me
 take it or leave it!
